Shipping and Returns Policy
We offer free standard shipping within Singapore. We want to make sure you receive our gin promptly and safely, so we only use trackable couriers.
We take as much care in shipping your Paper Lantern Gin as we do in creating it. For more information or additional help, please email us at email@example.com.
- Once I place my order, when will it ship?
Orders are processed within two days of placing your order. Expect delivery within three business days after confirmation of order. Please reach out to check availability of delivery on weekends or public holidays.
Important: Once you have agreed upon a delivery time and date, please ensure someone will be available to receive the delivery, otherwise, in the event that delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, you will need to cover the shipping fees beginning with the second delivery attempt. If the shipping address is a business address, please advise if we are able to leave at reception.
- Do you ship everywhere?
We are only currently shipping within Singapore. We hope to make Paper Lantern Gin available through partners and distributors in other countries very soon. Please note that we also cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
- How much should I expect to pay for shipping?
We offer FREE Standard Shipping within Singapore, $5 Next Day delivery or $10 Express 3h delivery.
- What if I need to return my Paper Lantern Gin?
Please notify us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of delivery if you wish to return your order or receive a refund. We may ask you to provide additional information or evidence to allow us to assess your request. Do understand that without reasonable information or evidence we may be unable to process your request.
We will advise you of our decision and reasons within 10 business days.
- What if I didn’t receive my Paper Lantern Gin?
It’s important to ensure that someone is present to receive the package at the agreed time and place. If the shipping company shows the packaged as delivered, then we will assume that someone has received the package.
If a package comes back to us as “undeliverable” or as “insufficient” or “wrong address,” we will need to charge for the second shipping.
